Louise Simongiovanni is a contract doctoral student at the Institute of Global Health (ASU-GHI). A member of the Center for English Medieval Studies and the Doctoral School Ancient and Medieval Worlds (ED022), her research focuses on Old English medical prose. She explores the representation of care and the therapeutic relationship, aiming to identify contemporary resonances and insights that could help address the needs of our healthcare system.
